Each individual may hold only one pilwin account. Duplicate accounts or accounts registered with false information may be immediately suspended. Your account is personal and non-transferable — you may not share login credentials with or play on behalf of another person.
All financial transactions on pilwin are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Supported methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require KYC documentation before processing.
All bonuses, promotions, and free-play credits offered by pilwin are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Attempting to abuse or exploit promotional offers — through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other means — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

Players experiencing gambling-related harm may request self-exclusion at any time. pilwin is legally obligated under PAGCOR rules to honor all self-exclusion requests promptly.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pilwin ("pilwin," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pilwin.club ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pilwin Platform — including but not limited to account creation, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pilwin Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important Notice for Philippine Players: pilwin operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All use of this Platform is subject to applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR's licensing conditions. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before participating.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use the pilwin Platform. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming licensees operating in the Philippines. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes a material misrepresentation and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
The pilwin Platform is operated under Philippine law and is intended primarily for players residing in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. pilwin makes no representations that its services are appropriate or available for use outside jurisdictions where they are legally permissible.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and current residential address. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. pilwin reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to suspend or close any Account found to contain false or misleading information.
Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) pilwin Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered to the same identity or to different identities controlled by the same person — is strictly prohibited. pilwin reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual, retain any balances pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR where multiple account creation is detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. pilwin will never contact you by phone, SMS, email, or social media platform requesting your password or OTP. Any unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials is your responsibility. You must notify pilwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
pilwin is required by PAGCOR regulations to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Players may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (including but not limited to PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID) and supporting documentation such as proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by pilwin may result in restrictions on withdrawals or suspension of the Account.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. pilwin may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Account Balances as permitted under Philippine law, after providing prior written notice to the email address registered to the Account. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
pilwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. pilwin reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account Balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally credited within the same banking business day for transfers initiated during standard banking hours. pilwin does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees, for which pilwin bears no responsibility.
All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) anti-money laundering review where required by PAGCOR regulations. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. pilwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's Banking section and may be updated periodically. GCash withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically settle within the same banking day for requests submitted during business hours. pilwin is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banking system outages, or regulatory holds.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: pilwin is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). We are legally required to monitor transactions, verify the source of funds where required, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. All Players agree to cooperate with AML verification requests.
Each game offered on the pilwin Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed in the game interface and any marketing material, the game interface rules take precedence.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or system error during active gameplay, pilwin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amount to the Player's Account Balance. pilwin will not pay out winnings generated through a verifiable technical error or malfunction, regardless of whether the affected game round was completed before the error was identified.
Players must not use any software, algorithm, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform. The use of any such tool — whether for game play, pattern analysis, or account management — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on pilwin are independently audited and certified for fairness by third-party testing laboratories approved under PAGCOR's technical standards. Live dealer games are conducted in certified studio environments with documented card shuffling and wheel spinning procedures. Players may request information regarding game RTP (Return to Player) percentages for specific titles through pilwin's customer support.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by pilwin are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective promotion, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each bonus offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the total of the deposit plus the bonus amount. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
pilwin reserves the right to withhold or reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate the relevant Account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or any other activity that pilwin reasonably determines to constitute systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

Players are responsible for monitoring their own gaming behavior and ensuring their participation on the Platform remains within their means and personal limits. Players who wish to self-exclude may submit a request through the Responsible Gaming section of the Account dashboard or by contacting pilwin's support team directly. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. Upon self-exclusion, pilwin will close your Account, refund any Real Money Balance minus applicable fees, and void any pending Bonus Funds. pilwin will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from re-registering during your self-exclusion period.

All content on the pilwin Platform — including but not limited to the pilwin name and logo, game graphics, software code, interface design, written content, trademarks, and other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of pilwin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without pilwin's prior written consent.
pilwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at https://pilwin.club/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering for and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pilwin is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine data privacy law (Republic Act No. 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012) to collect and retain certain player information. This includes identity verification documents, transaction records, and gaming activity logs, which may be disclosed to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, and other relevant authorities upon lawful request.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, pilwin's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
pilwin shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings; (b) interruption or unavailability of Platform services due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events; (c) unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials; or (d) any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss howsoever arising.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pilwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pilwin Platform:
Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, permanent ban from the Platform, and reporting to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities where legally required.
pilwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, if pilwin has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) continuing to operate the Account would expose pilwin to legal or regulatory risk; or (d) a Player's gaming behavior warrants intervention under pilwin's responsible gaming obligations.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, pilwin may forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including Real Money Funds, pending investigation and the outcome of any applicable regulatory or legal process. Players who believe their Account has been incorrectly suspended may contact pilwin's support team to initiate a formal review.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting pilwin's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance net of applicable fees will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
pilwin reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform before the revised Terms take effect and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.
These Terms, and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the pilwin Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and all other relevant Philippine legislation.
Any dispute between a Player and pilwin that cannot be resolved through pilwin's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official player complaints mechanism.
pilwin's internal complaints procedure begins with a written complaint submitted to pilwin's support team. pilwin will acknowledge receipt of complaints within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days of the complaint's submission date.
